Our services are strictly intended for B2B communication. Clients must not send emails to personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).
Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination.

Failure to comply may lead to immediate suspension or termination of services. Aerosend prioritizes user consent and data privacy.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
Aerosend operates under a no-refund policy, except in specific cases where service limitations arise from factors within our control.
Refunds are only eligible within the first 14 days of usage.
Refunds exclude any domain registration costs, which remain non-refundable once purchased.
Refunds may be issued only if:

If the subscription ends before the renewal date, domain renewal responsibility transfers to the client.
The client is unresponsive to renewal communication.
Any testimonials, feedback, or communications shared with Aerosend may be used for marketing, case studies, or testimonial purposes.
However, clients may request removal or exclusion at any time, and we will honor such requests promptly.
